97gam Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 97gam ("Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing all use of the 97gam website located at 97gam.net and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 97gam platform — including browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any casino or slot product — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the 97gam Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 97gam platform and not create or use any 97gam account.

Access to and use of the 97gam platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other non-individual legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. 97gam enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Registration, deposit, betting, and participation in any game or promotion by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, including 97gam.
• You must not be accessing the platform on behalf of another person or for any commercial purpose.

97gam uses technical and procedural age verification measures. However, the primary obligation to comply with the minimum age requirement rests with you as the account holder. Any person who creates an account on behalf of a minor, or who knowingly allows a minor to access their 97gam account, is in material breach of these Terms and may be subject to account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

To access betting, casino, or slot services on 97gam, you are required to register a personal account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person. Each natural person is permitted to hold a maximum of one 97gam account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances and winnings.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Your 97gam account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

Account registration is free of charge. 97gam does not charge fees for creating or maintaining an account in good standing.

All financial transactions on 97gam are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Retail Cash channels. The following rules govern all account funding and withdrawal activities:

• All funds deposited to your 97gam account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your account cashier and are subject to change at 97gam's discretion.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds to the relevant account, subject to anti-money laundering and fraud prevention requirements.
• 97gam reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or fraud investigation procedures.
• Chargeback requests, payment disputes, or reversal of deposits to 97gam are treated as a breach of these Terms. Any resulting costs, including bank charges and administrative expenses, will be recovered from the relevant player's account.
• 97gam does not accept deposits from credit cards. All deposits must be funded from a player's own personal funds — not borrowed money.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 97gam platform, including cricket, PSL, snooker, and all other sports markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to 97gam's current odds and market availability. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued to you.
• 97gam reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet is placed on an event where the result is already known; (b) 97gam suspects collusion, match fixing, or irregular betting patterns; (c) a manifest error in odds has occurred.
• In the event of a Manifest Error — defined as an odds or line that is clearly and unambiguously incorrect relative to the fair market price at the time of offer — 97gam reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether they have already been settled.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply per event and per market. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. During this period, odds may change and a bet may be offered at revised odds or declined.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with 97gam's sport-specific rules, which are available within the help section of the platform.
• PSL and domestic Pakistan cricket markets are subject to the Pakistan Cricket Board's official match results and any subsequent disciplinary decisions that affect match outcomes.

Winnings from successful sports bets are credited to your 97gam account balance following official settlement of the relevant event. Settlement times may vary depending on the sport and competition.

The following rules apply to all live casino and slot game products available on the 97gam Casino platform:

• All casino and slot games on 97gam use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or are operated by live dealer studios subject to independent audit requirements. Game fairness is a core operational requirement of the 97gam platform.
• Theoretical Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for slot titles are available within individual game information panels. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
• Live casino games are provided by third-party certified studio operators. The relevant studio operator's game rules apply in all disputes relating to specific live dealer game outcomes, subject to 97gam's dispute resolution procedure.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or game software failure — 97gam's policy is that all bets placed in an incomplete round are void and stakes are returned to the player's account.
• Auto-play and fast-play features are available on eligible slot titles. Players using these features remain subject to the same responsible gaming obligations as manual play.

97gam offers promotional bonuses, reload offers, cashback arrangements, and tournament prizes from time to time. The following general terms apply to all 97gam promotions unless specific promotion terms provide otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are kept separate from real-money balances. Unless specific promotion terms state otherwise, real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity until the real-money balance is zero, at which point bonus funds apply.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 97gam reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotion at any time, including after it has commenced, where it has reason to believe the promotion is being abused, where a technical error has occurred, or where continued operation of the promotion would be contrary to applicable regulations.
• Players who 97gam determines are engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended.
• Bonus offers for PSL and cricket promotions are subject to event scheduling and may be cancelled or modified if the relevant match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 97gam platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registration or use of the platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Registration, maintenance, or use of more than one 97gam account.
• Use of the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Use of any automated betting software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without 97gam's prior written consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with 97gam support.
• Collusion with other players in any casino or multiplayer game environment.
• Any attempt to place bets on sporting events where the player has advance knowledge of the outcome through insider information.
• Sharing of login credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to access or operate your 97gam account.

97gam is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to protecting vulnerable players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, which take effect immediately upon activation and can only be reduced immediately — increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits that prevent continued play once the limit threshold is reached within the specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable session duration alerts that notify you when you have been logged in and active for a specified period.

97gam's responsible gaming obligations do not diminish your own personal responsibility to gamble within your means. Gambling should be treated as entertainment — not as a source of income. You should never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.

97gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months;
• Player request for self-exclusion;
• Where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your 97gam account (net of any bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via the payment method on record, subject to standard processing times and verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 97gam support via live chat. Closure requests are processed within five business days. Pending bets placed before the closure request was received will be settled normally.

All content on the 97gam platform — including but not limited to the 97gam brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 97gam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the 97gam platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 97gam intellectual property without prior written authorisation from 97gam.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 97gam and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the 97gam platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether temporary or permanent;
• Any losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, game software errors, or third-party service disruptions;
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the 97gam platform — gambling is an activity involving inherent financial risk and all players accept this risk fully upon account registration.

97gam's aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited to the relevant player's account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

97gam collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 97gam.net/privacy-policy. By using the 97gam platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

97gam will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party payment processors, identity verification service providers, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory authorities where required by law or legitimate platform operation.

97gam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the platform notification system and/or by SMS to the registered mobile number. The updated Terms will be published at 97gam.net/terms-conditions and will bear a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 97gam platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact support to close your account. Pending bets placed before the effective date of any amendment are governed by the Terms in force at the time the bet was placed.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 97gam is incorporated and licensed, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, settlement of a casino game, or any other platform transaction, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a complaint to 97gam customer support via live chat. 97gam will review and respond within five business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the outcome of Step 1 is unsatisfactory, you may escalate the complaint to 97gam's designated dispute resolution officer. A final written response will be issued within 14 business days of escalation.
• Step 3 — External Review: Where the dispute remains unresolved following the internal process, you may refer the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body or regulatory authority applicable to 97gam's operating jurisdiction.

During the dispute resolution process, the relevant account balance and any contested funds will be held and not released for withdrawal pending resolution. 97gam's determination on matters of fact relating to bet settlement, game outcomes, and technical platform operation shall be final, save where successfully challenged through the dispute resolution process.
